土耳其航空是土耳其的国家航空公司，英文名称 Turkish Airlines, IATA 代码是 TK。

土航是星空联盟成员，在欧洲、亚洲、美洲拥有众多航点，是全球最多直飞航点的航空公司。枢纽机场包括伊斯坦布尔的两座机场 IST 和 SAW，还有一个首都安卡拉的机场 ESB。

精英会员

土耳其航空的精英会员共分四个等级： Classic, Classic Plus, Elite, 和 Elite Plus。每个等级的福利如下表所示：

[4] You can complete the missing Miles of your loved ones with the Mile transfer application.

[5] You can purchase 1,000 Miles for USD 30, including VAT. Purchase anything from 1,000 Miles to 50,000 Miles.

[6] Extend the validity of Miles for three additional calendar years which are about to expire.

[7] Activate Miles which have expired in the past year.

[8] Miles&Smiles Classic Plus, Elite, Elite Plus cardholders and Miles&Smiles credit card holders can use Miles to pay tax on award tickets bought with Miles.

[9] With Cash&Miles, you may pay a part of your ticket with Miles and continue to earn Miles from your flight.

[10] You can stay connected to world by using the high-speed wireless internet connection that we offer on our international flights operated by more than 170 aircraft in our fleet. Business Class Passengers who are Miles&Smiles Elite or Elite Plus members has unlimited complimentary access, Classic members has complimentary Unlimited Messaging, Classic Plus members has complimentary access up to 250MB quota and Unlimited Messaging, Elite and Elite Plus members has complimentary access up to 400MB quota Unlimited Messaging.

[11] If you are Miles&Smiles member and it’s your birthday or wedding anniversary, you’ll be treated to something sweet to celebrate your special day in the skies.

[12] The order of priority for the standby reservation list is Elite Plus, Elite, Star Gold, Classic Plus, Star Silver, Classic.

[13]Classic Plus members have complimentary access to Turkish Airlines Domestic Lounges with Turkish Airlines flights. Miles&Smiles Elite or Elite Plus members, and one guest or family members (spouse and child/children) have complimentary access to domestic and international Turkish Airlines Lounges. The guest or spouse and the child/children are required to enter the lounge together with the member.

[14] Classic Plus members have extra 10 kg baggage privilege on domestic and international flights (except on flights implementing piece baggage concept.), Elite members have extra 20 kg or 1 additional piece of baggage (Economy 23 kg, Business 32 kg) on domestic and international flights implementing Piece Concept, Elite Plus members have extra 25 kg or 1 additional piece of baggage (Economy 23 kg, Business 32 kg) on domestic and international flights implementing Piece Concept.

[15] With domestic flights Classic Plus members has privilege to use business class desk for check-in. With domestic and international flights Elite and Elite Plus members has privilege to use business class desk for check-in.

[16] Elite and Elite Plus members can use special international terminal passport counter at Istanbul Airport and special international terminal entrance (gate 5) at Istanbul Airport. Star Alliance Gold card holders can use dedicated fast track lines for immigration and security check points at available airports.

[17] 50% discount on second ticket with paid Business Class ticket privilege is valid only for Turkish Airlines Business Class’s upper paid ticket.

[18] As of the start of Elite Plus status, the two upgrades must be used in the first and second periods. Each period is 12 months. Rights that are not used by the end of the period lose their validity.

[19] The privilege of gifting three Elite cards is defined only once per person, even if the status is renewed. Each Elite card gift can be given as a gift for 40,000 Miles.

[20] For reservations made at least 72 hours before flight departure (subject to availability).

[21] Classic Plus, Elite and Elite Plus members can choose a 24-hour price hold for a flight departing in 5 to 10 days for free. For flights departing in more than 10 days, they can opt for a price hold of 2 days for free.

[22] For Turkish Airlines domestic and international flights, our Miles&Smiles “Elite” and “Elite Plus” members and their relatives sharing the same PNR number with our members can benefit from the privilege of free standard seat selection.

[23] Miles&Smiles Elite or Elite Plus members, and one guest or family members (spouse and child/children) have complimentary access to the specified domestic and international Turkish Airlines Lounges with Ajet flights: Antalya, İzmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum, Dalaman, Ankara Esenboğa, Mersin-Adana, Kayseri, Gaziantep, Hatay, Trabzon, Rize-Artvin and Diyarbakır Airports.

[24] Elite members can overdraw up to 10,000 Miles when they don’t have enough Miles to issue an Award Ticket on our website and Mobile application; Elite Plus members can overdraw up to 15,000 Miles. Overdraft balance will be turned into the positive balance by earning Miles.

土航的常旅客计划叫做 Miles&Smiles, 有一些特色需要了解。

extending miles：里程三年强制过期；可支付费用再延长三年，每 1000 里程收费 20 美元
transferring miles: 可转到亲戚朋友账户，每 1000 里程收费 20 美元
activating miles: 过去的一年内过期的里程可以支付每 1000 里程 20 美元复活
converting miles: 联名卡持有者（美、土、阿塞拜疆、约旦）可以将消费所得里程转换成定级里程，miles to Status miles 5:1, 每年通过这个途径最多 4 万定级里程
家庭账号：仅针对非白班会员，需要寄送结婚证认证

如果会员死亡，必须向 Turkish Airlines 出示该会员的死亡证明、继承证明和经公证人公证的放弃证明（表明其他继承人放弃其权利的文件），以便已故会员的里程转移至其继承人之一的 Miles&Smiles 帐户。转让的里程自首次获得之日起生效。

里程追溯有效期为 12 个月（土航执飞）；伙伴航司可能有所不同

3.1 获得里程

与其他航司的常客计划类似，获得里程的途径主要靠飞、联名卡消费、转点、其他零碎渠道。

3.1.1 搭乘航班

可以累积里程的航班包括土耳其航空、星空联盟成员、非联盟伙伴（包括 Azul Brazilian Airlines, Indigo Airways, Olympic Air, GOL Airlines）。

3.2 使用里程

里程使用形式灵活，但我们常旅客爱好者最关心的还是如何兑换出合适的里程票。

3.2.1 兑换里程票

兑换里程票的一些规则

可以单程，可以往返，单程所需里程为往返的一半；在线预定里程票最多 6 个航段。

分为促销 (promotion award ticket, 经济舱位 X 商务舱位 I，位置有限) 和常规 (award ticket)

成人、儿童票价相同；婴儿票是成人票价的 10%

可一次开口；往返票可一次停留（仅限土航执飞， online 开不出来，需人工）

里程票可以使用里程或者现金升舱

首次兑换里程票，只能给自己兑换

改票、退票费用：

As of this date, earning or redeeming Miles and enjoying status privileges on SAS flights will no longer be possible. For further information, you can contact customer service.

土航里程在经历 2024 年初的贬值后，不像以前那么宝藏，但依然有一些亮点

比如兑换同一国境内的机票：

我印象里之前搜索美联航的票也非常多，从美东飞夏威夷也是这个价格。今天试了一下， UA 的票很少，这里就不举例了。

On Turkish Airlines flights, only Y and B fare classes in Economy Class can upgrade to Business Class

Upgrades can be issued for paid tickets with their reservations confirmed up to 24 hours before scheduled departure.

The Star Alliance upgrade award is only valid for certain ticket fare classes.

4.1 土航送蛋糕

Terms and conditions

Turkish Airlines may discontinue celebration cake service or change the service conditions at any time. The conditions at the time when the cake catering request is fulfilled by Turkish Airlines shall be considered valid.

Celebration cakes may be requested only on international flights. Celebration cakes are not served on domestic flights.

Celebration cakes are available only on Turkish Airlines flights. (For Codeshare flights, Turkish Airlines must be the operating carrier.)

Miles&Smiles members may request a celebration cake for themselves. If requesting a celebration cake for another person, that individual must also be a Miles&Smiles member and their membership number must be provided. Turkish Airlines may request additional information during the request process. If the information cannot be provided, the request will not be processed.

Celebration cakes are applicable for birthdays or wedding anniversaries of Miles&Smiles members.

Celebration cakes can be served within three days before or after the special date. (e.g., for a passenger whose birthday is May 14, the celebration cake can be served on any date from May 11 to May 17.)

Celebration cakes are served only once per round trip flight, e.g. on the departure flight or on the return flight.

Requests for celebration cakes must be submitted at least 24 hours before the flight.

Celebration cake requests can be made via the Turkish Airlines Call Center or Turkish Airlines Sales Offices.

Due to operational disruptions that may arise before the flight, Turkish Airlines may be unable to fulfill celebration cake requests. This does not entitle passengers to claim compensation from Turkish Airlines.

Celebration cake requests must be resubmitted if there are changes to the reservation, including flight changes made by Turkish Airlines.

4.2 IST 机场免费上网
