You’re covered for physical damage, vandalism, theft, reasonable towing and loss of use charges. Decline the Collision Damage Waiver coverage offered by the rental agency and make sure your name is listed as the primary renter on the auto rental agreement. Any additional drivers must also be listed on the auto rental agreement.

  • Trip Delay Reimbursement

When you purchase air travel with your covered Visa Infinite account and/or rewards program associated with the covered account and your flight is delayed by more than six hours or requires an overnight stay, Trip Delay kicks in. This benefit reimburses you for reasonable expenses incurred as a result of delays ($500 maximum per ticket). This coverage applies even if the delay is due to weather or mechanical issues. This benefit is in addition to any airline vouchers you receive for food or hotels.

  • Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption

When you purchase your travel ticket with your covered Visa Infinite account and/or rewards program associated with the covered account and you must cancel or interrupt your trip, this benefit can help reimburse you for the nonrefundable cost of your fare. This coverage applies to more than air travel – it also applies when you’ve used your covered Visa Infinite card to purchase your ticket for travel via other forms of eligible transportation, such as a ferry, train, bus or cruise ship ($2,500 per trip maximum).

  • Baggage Delay Reimbursement

Baggage delays happen, but they don’t have to ruin your trip. When you use your covered AtmosTM Rewards Summit Visa Infinite card to purchase travel tickets, you can be reimbursed for essential items you buy if your checked baggage is delayed.

You are eligible for Baggage Delay Reimbursement when you purchase travel tickets with your covered AtmosTM Rewards Summit Visa Infinite card and your checked baggage is delayed for more than six hours, and for each additional 24-hour period beyond the initial baggage delay, you can receive $100 per day for a maximum of 5 days.

  • Lost Luggage Reimbursement
