航空公司
西捷航空是加拿大第二大航空公司，始于 1996 年。 成立之初，公司定位是一家廉价航空公司；近年来发展势头迅猛，其已经渐渐摆脱廉航标签。
总部位于阿尔伯塔省的卡尔加里 Calgary， 比较大的运营城市包括 埃德蒙顿 Edmonton，多伦多 Toronto-Pearson，温哥华 Vancouver， 和 温尼伯 Winnipeg 。其在 IATA 代码是 WS 。
目前西捷航空并未加入任何一家国际航空联盟，但它与以下几家伙伴航司有着紧密的合作：Delta, Air France, KLM, Qantas, Virgin Atlantic.

精英会籍
西捷航空的常旅客级别一共分为四等： 入门级 Teal， 银卡 Silver，金卡 Gold，和 白金卡 Platinum 。
会员定级是根据 定级消费 Tier Qualifying Spend，包括：
- 100% of your base fare for eligible WestJet-marketed flights flown， 100% 升舱费用， 100% 选座费用， 100% 托运行李费用
- 20% of your base package price for eligible WestJet Vacations packages completed
- 联名信用卡 WestJet RBC World Elite Mastercard 每消费 $5000，则获得一次 $200 的 Status Lift。 每年最多可以 50 次 Status Lift。
❗️ 也就是说，仅凭联名信用卡消费，只要足够多，也可以获得最高会籍。50 次 Status Lift 相对应 $10000 Tire Qualifying Spend, 也就可以获得 Platinum 会籍。

2.2 福利、权益
在 2025 年中施行新计划后，获得高级会员要求更高，但高级会员的福利也更好：
白金会员可转让 选座券 和 休息室券， Platinum members can now transfer their guest lounge and seat selection vouchers to other WestJet Rewards members.
金卡会员可以转让休息室券，Gold members can now transfer their guest lounge vouchers to other WestJet Rewards members
Silver members’ seat selection vouchers (earned through achieving Silver in the remainder of the 2025 qualifying year and beyond) can now only select standard seats in the Economy cabin (Extended Comfort and Exit row excluded). All previously issued seat selection vouchers to current Silver members will remain eligible for any seat in the Economy cabin.

A companion voucher valid for one round-trip WestJet flight anywhere we fly. To use the companion voucher, you must purchase one WestJet-marketed and operated flight in Economy or Premium for travel anywhere WestJet flies in North America, Central America, the Caribbean, Europe or Asia and the second guest on the same itinerary will only pay the taxes, fees and charges and other ATC (Air Transportation Charges).

常旅客计划
西捷航空的常旅客计划叫做 WestJet Rewards， 它所使用的积分叫做 WestJet rewards points， 按照 100 分 = 1 dollar 使用。
