【April 6, 2026 update】 According to a message Rogers Bank sent to cardholders today, the premium World Legend card now has another advantage over the lower-tier cards in the same family: the World Legend card has no cap on its elevated cash-back rate, while the other cards do.

Highlights

  • Metal card with no foreign transaction fees
  • Strong travel benefits, including lounge access and free roaming, plus comprehensive travel insurance

Who it’s for: This card suits applicants who meet the $150,000 personal or $200,000 household income threshold, can use six lounge visits and 10 roaming days each year, and are comfortable with the $495 annual fee. It is most useful for frequent Rogers users and travellers who can use those benefits; if you rarely travel or cannot offset the annual fee, the card is less valuable.

Paid entertainment during the delay has a separate combined limit of $100.

  • Baggage Insurance — Loss, Theft or Damage

Canadian residents must charge the full ticket cost, including taxes and fees, to the Card and keep the account in good standing. The full ticket cost including taxes and fees must be charged to the Card and the account must be in good standing.

  • Common Carrier Insurance

The loss must occur within one year of the accident.

If a covered reason listed in the certificate causes cancellation before departure, prepaid non-refundable and non-transferable arrangements are covered up to $2,500 per insured person and $10,000 for all insured persons combined per trip. Covered reasons include qualifying illness, injury, death, quarantine, traffic accidents, an uninhabitable home, legal proceedings, military transfer, hijacking, qualifying natural disasters, severe weather, and government travel advisories.
