Depreciation is 2% for each completed month after purchase, followed by a 10% deductible on the depreciated amount. There are up to two claims per consecutive 12 months and four per consecutive 48 months. Approval is required before repair or replacement; loss or theft must be reported to the carrier within 48 hours to suspend service, and theft must also be reported to police the same day.
