Introducing Canada’s first frequent fueller program

Petro Points is Petro-Canada’s loyalty program. You earn Petro Points when you buy gas, a car wash, or in-store items at Petro-Canada and Gas+. At the start of 2026, Petro-Canada added a Platinum membership tier with extra benefits. That made Petro Points Canada’s first gas-station frequent-fueller program.

Fill 1,000 L of gas in a calendar quarter and you reach Petro Points Platinum. The benefits look like this:

Redemptions are straightforward: 1,000 points equal $1, good for gas, car washes, and other purchases. Points earned at the pump are thin (10 points per litre is only a cent). Petro-Canada’s partner programs are where the value usually shows up.
