The SkyTeam Lounge at YVR is in area D of Vancouver International Airport’s international terminal. It was SkyTeam’s first lounge in North America. I was able to visit using Priority Pass membership.

Lounge location:

At the west end of international area D, near gate 53.

Lounge reception desk
After clearing security in international area D, the reception desk appears after only a short walk.

Lounge hours:

7:30 a.m. – 2:00 a.m.

Lounge access:
  1. You must be departing or connecting, and may enter up to 24 hours before departure. Arriving passengers cannot access the lounge.

  2. Travel in SkyTeam First Class or Business Class.

  3. SkyTeam Elite Plus status, provided every flight segment is operated by a SkyTeam airline. Elite Plus members may bring one guest, who must also be flying a SkyTeam airline.

  4. Although it is not listed on the official site, the lounge appears in Priority Pass’s partner-lounge list; that was my means of entry. The Priority Pass app says the member may stay for up to four hours and bring one accompanying child under 12, but cannot bring any other guests.

More lounge photos:

After scanning my Priority Pass membership QR code and showing my boarding pass at reception, I took the elevator upstairs.

The first thing you see is a bar.

Further inside are sofas and several kinds of seating.

The food and drink area.

There was beer.

You can also order some hot food freshly made.

That evening I ordered a bowl of wonton noodles. It was decent and perfectly edible.

Other activity areas.

Overall, it is a fairly standard lounge.
