The loyalty program

The official name is Coast Rewards. Unless the rules change, points expire after 24 months. Tiers are as in the table above; you need a set number of nights each year to re-qualify (second row).

Earning points

I have not found a cobranded credit card or another points program that transfers into Coast Rewards. Earning looks like it is all from actually staying.

Redeeming points

Points can be used for stays (the award chart is unclear; needs a data point), benefits, gift cards, and travel packages. If you redeem toward a cash stay, each point is worth 4 cents.
