The short version: The Mega Bonus is not really “earning back your subscription fee,” as Accor’s promotion suggests. It is Accor selling Status Nights at a discount. If you already have a paid Accor stay planned by January 22, 2027, and are working toward elite status, the subscription fee is effectively offset by the points. It is worth considering. If you have no stay planned, you are paying upfront for Accor credit, so I would skip it.

What Is ALL Accor+?

ALL Accor+ is a paid subscription range within Accor’s ALL (Accor Live Limitless) loyalty programme. It has two main benefits: you receive Status Nights toward elite status without staying at a hotel, and get a year-round 15% member-rate discount. There are two tiers for residents of Europe, North Africa, and the Americas:

ALL Accor+ ibis ALL Accor+ Voyager
Annual fee €99 (about CA$160) €179 (about CA$290)
Status Nights included 10 nights 20 nights
15% discount coverage ibis, ibis Styles, and ibis budget More than 30 brands, including Fairmont, Sofitel, MGallery, Pullman, Swissôtel, Mövenpick, Novotel, Mercure, and ibis
Mega Bonus points 5,000 points (worth €100) 9,000 points (worth €180)
Best for People who mainly stay at ibis brands or are 10 nights short of a status tier Travellers who stay at Accor’s midscale and upscale brands and are actively pursuing status

The ALL status thresholds are 10 nights for Silver, 30 for Gold, and 60 for Platinum. That means the ibis tier alone gets you Silver, while buying both subscriptions gives you 30 Status Nights in total—enough to reach Gold. Accor’s terms cap Status Nights from subscription products at 30 per account per year. You cannot keep buying subscriptions to reach Platinum; the remaining 30 nights have to come from stays.

There is also a third subscription in the product range: the Asia-Pacific version, ALL Accor+ Explorer. Its benefits centre on stays and dining in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, so it works differently from these two tiers. I compare it in a separate section below.

The Current Promotion: Mega Bonus

From October 22 to November 20, 2026, members who already have or newly purchase either subscription can earn bonus points on top of the points they normally earn. First activate the offer on its promotion page, then book the ALL Accor+ member rate through an official Accor channel, and complete the stay by January 22, 2027. The ibis tier earns 5,000 bonus points; Voyager earns 9,000. At ALL’s stated redemption value of 2,000 points for €40, those bonuses are worth exactly the annual subscription fees. That is the basis for the promotion’s “subscription fee fully refunded” message. Points are credited within 10 days of checkout. Each subscription can earn the bonus once, on the first completed stay after activation. Existing subscribers can participate regardless of where they live; new subscribers must be residents of Europe, North Africa, or the Americas, including Canada. The subscription purchase and booking windows both run from October 22 to November 20.

How to Calculate the “Payback”

The points have real value, but the “payback” only works if all three of these conditions are met:

  1. You complete a paid stay first. You pay the room rate separately, and the points arrive only after the stay. They can be redeemed within Accor at 2,000 points for €40 off a stay, so they are stored value, not cash.
  2. The stay qualifies. The booking channel and rate must meet the rules below. Book an ineligible rate or through the wrong channel, and you will not get the bonus.
  3. You will use the points. Activity can keep ALL points from expiring, but if you rarely spend with Accor, you may not realize the full €180 value of the Voyager bonus.

The right way to calculate it is: net subscription cost = annual fee − bonus points you will use − the value of the 15% discount you will actually use − the value of the Status Nights to you. If you already have a qualifying stay planned, the first term is roughly offset, and the rest is upside. If you are booking a stay just to trigger the promotion, include that room cost in your total before deciding.

The Fine Print

These conditions come from the promotion terms:

  • Order matters: Activate the offer before booking. If you book first, the stay will not qualify. The booking and subscription-purchase window is October 22–November 20.
  • Rate matters: You must book the ALL Accor+ member rate through an official channel—the Accor website or app, a booking centre, or directly with the hotel. Counterintuitively, a room booked at the “availability guarantee rate” does not qualify.
  • Payment matters: Stays paid fully or partly with ALL Reward points are ineligible. OTA, travel-agency, and group bookings are also excluded.
  • No stacking: This bonus cannot be combined with other bonus-point promotions. If one stay qualifies for more than one promotion, only the one with the highest points bonus is awarded.
  • One stay, one bonus: Multiple rooms count as one stay. Checking out and checking back in at the same hotel as part of a continuous stay also counts as one stay, so it earns the bonus only once.
  • Keep the subscription active: It must remain valid throughout the stay. Do not cancel it before the bonus points arrive.
  • Currency: The subscription is priced in euros. Canadian cardholders should check whether their card charges a foreign-currency transaction fee.

How It Compares With the Explorer “Bundle”

Accor regulars may know Explorer as the bigger bundle. For example, under the current promotion, about US$160 buys 30 Status Nights (enough to reach Gold), two Asia-Pacific or Middle East hotel buy-one-get-one vouchers, dining discounts in those regions, and 3,000 bonus points. Use one voucher at an expensive hotel and it can be worth more than the entire subscription—that is Explorer’s main upside.

The two subscriptions in this promotion do not include hotel vouchers, so their upside is lower. They do have two advantages: the bonus points match the full subscription price (Explorer’s promotion awards only 3,000 points), and the benefits do not depend on an Asia-Pacific trip. The 15% discount works at Fairmont, Accor’s strongest brand presence in Canada, including properties in Vancouver, Banff, Lake Louise, and Whistler. If you have an Asia-Pacific or Middle East trip coming up, compare Explorer first. If you will stay in North America or Europe, Voyager is likely the better fit.

Who Should Buy—and Who Should Skip It

  • A good fit: You already have a paid Accor stay before January 22, 2027, and are sitting at 20–50 Status Nights this year. The offer is aimed squarely at people who need a boost toward Gold or Platinum.
  • Likely worth it: You expect to spend more than CA$2,000 at Fairmont and other Accor brands over the year. A 15% discount would save about CA$300, enough to cover the Voyager fee on its own, before the bonus points.
  • Skip it: You have no upcoming stay and are not pursuing status. Even if the points look generous, you are paying upfront for stored value. The same goes if you are only a few nights short and can reach your target with stays you already plan to take.
