Everyday Spending
2%: All eligible purchases when you have an eligible Rogers, Fido, Shaw, or Comwave service. Eligible services include consumer wireless, internet, television, home phone, home monitoring, or satellite services. Business or corporate plans are not eligible, and co-branded services are not eligible unless stated otherwise. This elevated rate currently applies to the first $26,000 spent each account year. After that, the rate returns to the 1% base rate. The limit resets on the account anniversary or product-conversion anniversary.
2%: U.S.-dollar purchases. When you do not have an eligible Rogers service, U.S.-dollar purchases still earn 2%, while other eligible non-U.S.-dollar purchases earn 1%. Foreign transactions are converted to Canadian dollars at the Mastercard exchange rate and then charged a 2.5% fee.
1%: Other eligible non-U.S.-dollar purchases when you do not have an eligible Rogers, Fido, Shaw, or Comwave service.
Benefits & Insurance
- 1.5x Rogers redemption bonus
When you redeem cash back toward eligible Rogers, Fido, Shaw, or Comwave purchases—such as bills, phones, or accessories—it is applied at 1.5x the normal redemption value. The transaction must be identified as eligible in the Rogers Bank app, and the minimum redemption is $10 CAD.
- Five free roaming days — 5 Roam Like Home Days
Receive five free Roam Like Home days each year for eligible Rogers wireless plans. You must link the Rogers Bank credit-card account to an eligible Rogers wireless account. Unused days do not roll over, and the benefit resets on the account anniversary.
- Equal Payment Plan
Rogers Bank may convert eligible large credit-card purchases into equal monthly payments over 6 to 48 months.
- Account security features
The card includes zero-liability protection for fraudulent transactions and a stolen card, provided you meet your obligations to protect the card and PIN. It also includes transaction monitoring and Mastercard Identity Check online transaction verification at participating merchants.
