Conrad Hong Kong is in a superb spot on Hong Kong Island, with views over Victoria Harbour. Take the elevator down and you walk straight into Pacific Place. The breakfast buffet easily beats North American Conrads. The lounge is a little tight and the food is fairly simple, but the view is good. Staff were extremely warm, and their Mandarin was fluent.
On the way out I called the front desk and asked for one more teddy bear. They said yes without fuss.

An October 2022 Hilton Honors Diamond stay at Rome Cavalieri, a Waldorf Astoria Hotel. Three nights on Hilton Free Night Rewards; cash was a little over €600 a night. A hilltop property with a free city shuttle, a generous breakfast, and a lobby that feels like a museum.
