Welcome offer

[Updated August 26, 2026] Record-high USD 1,000 Cash Back:

  • Spend USD 8,000 in eligible purchases during the first four months to receive USD 1,000 Cash Back. Chase says to allow six to eight weeks after qualifying for the rewards to post; the account must remain open and not in default when the bonus is issued.
  • Balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like transactions including travellers cheques, foreign currency, money orders, wires and cryptocurrency, gambling, person-to-person or account-funding transactions, cheques accessing the account, interest, fees and unauthorized or fraudulent transactions do not count. Returns and refunds reduce qualifying purchases.
  • Someone who has held this Card or another no-annual-fee Chase for Business Card may not be eligible for the new-cardmember bonus. Chase may also consider other business-related factors. The offer can vary by application channel, including online and branch applications; rely on the terms shown on the application page.

Everyday earning

5%: Office-supply stores and internet, cable and phone services. The first combined USD 25,000 in an account anniversary year earns 5%; purchases above the cap return to 1%.

2%: Gas stations and restaurants. This includes takeout and some eligible delivery services. The first combined USD 25,000 in an account anniversary year earns 2%; purchases above the cap return to 1%.

1%: Other eligible purchases. There is no cap.

5% total: Eligible Lyft products and services. Purchases through the Lyft mobile app earn a total of 5% through September 30, 2027, consisting of the regular 1% plus a 4% promotional reward. Gift cards, car rentals, vehicle service centres, miscellaneous fees and certain other Lyft products are excluded.

The two USD 25,000 caps are separate and run by account anniversary year, not calendar year. All rewards are calculated on eligible purchases net of returns and refunds. Cash advances, cash-like transactions, gambling, cheques, interest and fees do not earn rewards.

Benefits and insurance

  • Instacart+ membership and monthly credit

Between May 1, 2025 and December 31, 2027, activate once with an eligible Card and U.S. address to receive a three-month Instacart+ membership. Unless cancelled, it renews automatically at USD 99 per year or the then-current annual price. While the membership is active, up to USD 20 per month is loaded to the Instacart+ account for purchases from one retailer. Credits do not roll over, and the benefit ends December 31, 2027.

  • Employee Cards

Employee Cards have no additional fee, can have individual spending limits and can earn rewards for the account. The authorizing officer and business remain responsible for all purchases and repayment by the officer, employees and other authorized users.

  • 0% introductory APR and Chase Pay Over Time®

The purchase APR is 0% for the first 12 months of a new account, then variable at 16.74%–24.74%. Eligible posted purchases of USD 100 or more may be available for Chase Pay Over Time® instalments. Availability depends on creditworthiness, credit limit and account behaviour; the account shows the applicable monthly fee.

Travel protections

  • Auto Rental Coverage

Pay the full rental with this Card or eligible rewards and decline the rental company’s CDW/LDW. Worldwide theft and collision coverage is up to USD 60,000. Business rentals in the U.S. are primary; personal U.S. rentals are generally secondary unless no other insurance exists; outside the U.S., coverage is primary where available. Rentals may last no more than 31 consecutive days. Vehicles with an MSRP above USD 125,000, exotic cars, motorcycles, rentals with a driver, some vans and large passenger vehicles are among the exclusions. Report an accident or theft within 100 days and submit documents within 365 days.

  • Baggage Delay Insurance

After paying all or part of the common-carrier fare with the Card or rewards, checked baggage delayed or misdirected for more than six hours can qualify for essential items. Coverage is up to USD 100 per day for three days and is secondary. Report the problem to the carrier before leaving the airport or station, submit a claim within 20 days and provide documents within 90 days.

  • Lost Luggage Reimbursement

After paying all or part of the common-carrier fare with the Card or rewards, secondary reimbursement can cover the gap after the carrier’s payment. The limit is USD 3,000 per covered traveller per trip, with USD 500 sublimits for jewellery/watches and cameras/other electronics. New York has separate per-bag and aggregate limits. Report the loss, damage or theft within the carrier’s deadline; claims are due within 20 days and documents within 90 days.

  • Travel Accident Insurance

After paying all or part of the common-carrier fare with the Card or rewards, accidental death or qualifying loss of limb, sight, hearing or speech can be covered. Common-carrier travel accident coverage is up to USD 500,000 per person and 24-hour travel accident coverage is up to USD 100,000; only the larger applicable amount is paid for one accident. Trips are generally covered for up to 30 days. Claim within 20 days and submit documents within 90 days.

  • Travel and Emergency Assistance

Travellers can access 24/7 medical, legal, emergency-message, emergency-transport, lost-ticket or baggage, translation, prescription and pre-trip referral assistance. This is an assistance service, not reimbursement insurance; the traveller pays for actual medical, legal, transportation, cash-advance, medication and other goods or services.

  • Roadside Assistance

In the U.S. and Canada, arrange roadside assistance 24/7 without membership or pre-enrolment. This is a pay-per-use service, not free insurance. The provider discloses the fee before dispatch; standard towing is up to five miles, with possible tyre changes, battery assistance, fuel delivery, lockout help and standard winching. The traveller pays for mileage or services beyond the limits.

Purchase protections

  • Purchase Protection

An eligible new item paid partly or fully with the Card or rewards is covered for theft, damage or involuntary accidental parting for 120 days after purchase, or 90 days for New York residents. The limit is USD 10,000 per item and USD 50,000 per account. Coverage is secondary, so other insurance or recovery sources must be used first. Used or resale items, software, motor vehicles and accessories, plants and animals, antiques and collectibles, cash and tickets, items in a common carrier’s care during shipment, normal wear, inherent defects and mysterious disappearance are excluded. Report within 90 days and submit documents within 120 days.

  • Extended Warranty Protection

When an eligible item is paid partly or fully with the Card or rewards and has a valid U.S. manufacturer’s repair warranty, a manufacturer warranty or combined manufacturer, store and purchased-service coverage of three years or less can be extended by one year, up to four years total. The limit is USD 10,000 per item and USD 50,000 per calendar year, based on the lower of repair cost, replacement cost or the amount charged or redeemed. Cars, boats, aircraft and other motor vehicles and accessories, resale or rental goods, software, medical equipment and used goods are excluded. Report within 90 days and submit documents within 120 days.

Complete coverage details, exclusions and claim rules are in the Chase official Guide to Benefits and the version applicable to the account.
